Drew graduated from Wilson High School in 1993 and was a four-year letterman in soccer.  He was a starter on three BCIAA championship teams and one District 3-AAA championship team.  In his senior season, Drew was co-captain of Wilson’s first ever PIAA-AAA state championship soccer team.  Drew was a two-time All-Division member and was named to the All-Berks soccer team following his senior season.

After graduating from Wilson, Drew continued his soccer career at Lafayette College, where he earned All-Freshman team honors in 1993.  After one year at Lafayette, Drew transferred to Penn State and was a three-year starter.  During his senior season at Penn State, Drew was tri-captain and earned team MVP honors after being awarded the prestigious Bill Jeffrey Award.  Drew was twice named to the All-Big Ten team and earned Academic All- American honors after his senior season.

Following his collegiate career, Drew played professional outdoor soccer for five seasons for the Reading Rage.  In addition, Drew played two seasons of professional indoor soccer for the Harrisburg Heat, being named to the NPSL All-Rookie team in 2000.  In 2008, Drew was inducted into the Wilson High School Sports Hall of Fame.

Drew’s soccer coaching career spans 12 years.  He has been the boys’ Varsity Assistant Soccer Coach at Exeter High School for the past 11 seasons.  During those seasons, Exeter has won three BCIAA Championships and one District 3-AAA championship.  In addition, Drew has coached boys and girls premier teams for the Reading Berks United, Berks Soccer Academy, and FC Revolution soccer clubs.  Drew is currently an YSC Academy instructor for player development programs for YSC Sports.  Drew lives in Sinking Spring with his wife Mary and children Cole and Chase.
