The team formerly known as Evergreen comes to town tomorrow

Reading United will be hosting NOVA F.C. at Don Thomas Stadium for their first home game since 2019. This will be the first of two meetings between these teams during this year’s USL League Two season.

LAST TIME OUT: On May 8th, NOVA F.C. played their opener where they picked up a win against Philadelphia Lone Star F.C. After a goalless half, NOVA F.C scored three goals to secure the victory. NOVA F.C recorded 16 shots in total, so Reading United should look to limit these attempts in order to win.

PLAYER TO WATCH: Forward Kevin Nadeu recorded three shots and one goal to help lead NOVA F.C. to a 3-2 victory over Philadelphia Lone Star F.C. last week.

FLASHBACK: The last time these teams faced off was June 19th, 2019 where Reading United were victorious with a 2-0 scoreline. Northern Virginia held tight before Reading broke through in the 64th and 78th minutes for the 2-0 final. Midfielder Seth Kuhn tallied the assist on the eventual game winner.
