READING, PA (March 11, 2022) –  Reading United A.C. and Willow Creek Brewing have teamed up for the 2022 season, with the brewery acting as the sole provider of beer at all seven home dates at Alvernia University.

The new beer garden at home dates is the first time in team history that beer will be served during games - a perk of its new location at Alvernia. The beer garden will be separately located from the main bleachers, providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere to enjoy the game with a cold brew. 

“We are excited to partner with Willow Creek Brewery to provide our fans a fantastic game-day experience,” said Christian Bauer, Reading United Treasurer.

The West Reading, Pa.-based brewery first opened its doors in late December 2020, creating a permanent home for its craft beers after being a regular attendee at Pennsylvania beer festivals across the state. Willow Creek provides a warm, inviting atmosphere with live edge wood tables in its renovated interior at 643 Penn Avenue in West Reading, while providing a year-round beer garden to enjoy its top fermented ales outside. Mark and Joanne Camlin, owners of the brewery, have given back to the community through multiple “Steal The Glass Night” fundraising events.
