Summary

1
Long Island Rough Riders
1
Last Week: 2
6-0-0
@ Manhattan SC
June 14 / 7:30 p.m. ET
The Rough Riders have conceded in one match this season, and that was three matches ago. They’ve scored nine goals unanswered. Last seasons Achilles heel, Manhattan SC, are up next, and in fine form of their own. It’s set up to be one of the most important matches of the season.
2
Ballard FC
1
Last Week: 4
5-0-0
@ Lane United FC
June 16 / 7:00 p.m. ET
Same situation as Long Island – just a match fewer played. One goal conceded all season, and only one match in which they scored fewer than three goals. They’re +20 in goal differential already in only five matches. The Bridges are dunking all their opponents into Salmon Bay, and having fun doing so. They have the potential to open an eight-point gap at the top of the Northwest Division.
3
Flint City Bucks
2
Last Week: 5
5-0-0
@ AFC Ann Arbor
June 17 / 7:00 p.m. ET
Not as aggressive in racking up the goals as the top two teams, Flint City is still spotless thanks to a magnificent defensive record. A bit of an oddity – the two goals they’ve conceded, they were both in home matches. They’ve yet to concede a goal on the road. An away date with second-place AFC Ann Arbor awaits them this weekend, in what’s sure to be a critical match in the Great Lakes.
4
Chicago City SC
4
Last Week: 8
4-0-0
@ Chicago Dutch Lions FC
June 14 / 7:00 p.m. ET
It’s safe to say Chicago City’s victory over the Menace was no mirage. The Windy City club is storming through their competition – this time with a 5-1 win over third-place St. Charles FC. The Lions for Hope Complex is a maddening place for opponents to visit, and Chicago City haven’t won a match by fewer than two goals to this point. They have three away matches in their next four fixtures that will really test their mettle.
5
Des Moines Menace
2
Last Week: 7
5-1-0
@ Springfield Athletic SC
June 14 / 7:00 p.m. ET
While they’ve recovered from their loss to the aforementioned Chicago City, they’ve only played once in that time, a resounding 3-0 win over Springfield Athletic SC. Going up against the Menace still instills a general fear and concern – they will be in the mix for the division through the end.
6
RKC Third Coast
4
Last Week: 10
4-0-0
v. Thunder Bay Chill
June 16 / 7:00 p.m. ET
The expansion side has been running up the goals to the top of the Deep North. After a shaky defensive performance in Week 1, where they conceded two goals on the exact same action en route to their 5-3 win, they’ve really tightened things up. Only one goal conceded in their last three matches, and they’ve only played one of their four wins so far at home.
7
Lionsbridge FC
6
Last Week: 1
5-1-0
@ Northern Virginia FC
June 21 / 7:30 p.m. ET
The Chesapeake leaders falter! They still hold a three-point advantage at the top, thanks to two wins over Virginia Beach United, but their 2-1 loss to Christos is a significant blow, especially considering the manner in which it happened. They’ll be without Davide Materazzi next match, due to his red card acquired after he was a halftime substitute.
8
Texas United
2
Last Week: 6
5-0-1
@ LA Parish AC
June 17 / 7:00 p.m. ET
A big win over Blue Goose SC helped the Mid-South leaders get back on track after a competitive 1-1 draw against a very good Little Rock Rangers side. Texas United have still only played two matches at home – four of their final six are at John Clark Stadium, and four are against the bottom two sides in the division. They have to like their chances to ride into a favorable playoff spot.
9
Ocean City Nor'Easters

Last Week: 9
5-0-1
@ Real Central NJ
June 14 / 7:00 p.m. ET
The Nor’Easters have full control of the Mid-Atlantic Division after opening up a six-point gap (with one more match played) over West Chester United. A 4-1 win over Lehigh Valley sets them up for a run over the next two weeks that sees them play three of four on the road. If they’re to retain their crown on top of the division, they’ll need to get through the stretch relatively unscathed.
10
Monterey Bay FC 2
6
Last Week: 4
4-0-1
v. Davis Legacy SC
June 14 / 7:00 p.m. ET
This drop in the Power Rankings isn’t completely on Monterey Bay, but they’ve only played two matches in the last three weeks, and the first was a draw to Marin FC Legends, who now sit with four points on the table. One of the hottest teams to start is having to shake off a little rust, but they were right back to it with a big win over Davis Legacy SC.
11
Ventura County Fusion
2
Last Week: 13
4-1-0
v. Arizona Arsenal SC
June 15 / 7:00 p.m. ET
Up two spots from last week, the defending champions have fully found their groove and may move up quickly. They got their revenge on Redlands FC – a 3-1 win in Ventura, with another fantastic Logan Farrington performance, thrusts them back to the top of the Southwest Division. They have a game in hand, a +9 goal differential, and seem to have fully shaken off their season-opening loss.
12
AHFC Royals

Not Ranked
6-1-0
@ Houston FC
June 17 / 7:00 p.m. ET
An early loss to AC Houston Sur, their only win so far this season, stings the Royals a bit, but they won’t mind. It’s difficult to gauge just how this season will end, as they’ve played at least two more matches than everyone else in the division. But through their first seven, they’ve won six, and have only conceded four goals.
13
Manhattan SC

Not Ranked
4-0-1
v. Long Island Rough Riders
June 14 / 7:30 p.m. ET
Manhattan SC are proving themselves once again worthy challengers to the Rough Riders. They’ve got four wins on the bounce, after winning 3-0 in their first away match. They dispatched of Ironbound SC comfortably, and still have three home matches in their next four.
14
Asheville City SC

Not Ranked
5-0-1
v. Dalton Red Wolves SC
June 24 / 7:30 p.m. ET
The Blues had an uncomfortable draw against East Atlanta Dutch Lions, one of only two results for the club so far this season, but have recovered well with wins over Southern Soccer Academy and South Carolina United Bantams. The second win especially showed their mettle, a 3-0 result that was well in hand by halftime. Three of their next four matches are on the road.
15
NC Fusion
4
Last Week: 11
5-1-1
v. North Carolina FC U23
June 14 / 7:00 p.m. ET
Fusion are still top of the South Atlantic, but their position is becoming precarious. A draw with Charlotte Eagles keeps them within reach, and NC Fusion will close the season with four consecutive matches on the road.
